The project is being carried out by a team of experts in Local Government Finance from Universities, other research institutions and entities from the municipal field. Participants will include professors and researchers from the Financial and Tax Law department of the Pompeu Fabra University; Economic researchers; technical staff from the Carles Pi i Sunyer Foundation; and technical staff from the City Council of Barcelona.
